3. Scope of Offerings

3.1 Creative Services

IdeasNewHub provides tailored creative services under the theme "Idea new creative sparks". Each service is specified in a separate agreement. Services include brainstorming sessions, concept development, and personalization of creative outputs.

3.2 Information Products

Information products encompass digital courses, guides, templates, and other digital materials designed to inspire creative processes. Access to these digital items is granted upon full completion of the purchase steps.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods include merchandise such as notebooks, prints, and branded items. These are shipped to the address provided during purchase and are subject to inventory availability.

4. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Creative Services

Clients may request a refund for creative services within 14 days of the scheduled service date, provided no deliverables have been finalized. If approved, refunded amounts will be sent via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule the service once without any additional fee, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Services explicitly marked as "non-refundable" in their service description cannot be refunded. This applies to advanced workshops or slots reserved exclusively, as such commitments prevent reallocation of resources and planning costs.

4.2 Information Products

All information products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 20% of the content modules have been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service or order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellation requests after this period may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service fee, unless otherwise stated. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Amendments to Terms

IdeasNewHub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on IdeasNewHub.site. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
